Bluebells Bookings Policy

If you decided to choose us as your Bridal Florist, please read our Terms and Conditions on bookings, below.

As soon as the Bride decides upon her theme, her gown, and her maids' colours please contact us for a Bridal consultation on 01522 501306. Consultations are free but by appointment only to ensure a Bridal Florist is available to help.

It is always a good idea to bring a colour sample of the Brides and Bridesmaids dresses to allow us to match up colours. As we design each bouquet for that particular Bride it is also really helpful to have a recent snapshot of the Bride and a picture of the Bridal gown. If you have seen any pictures of wedding bouquets, etc. please bring them along. We will be happy to re-create particular styles if requested.

Terms and Conditions

At Bluebells we will only take one large wedding per weekend to ensure our florist's 100% attention to that particular Bride. We do not do weddings at peak times in our trade such as Valentines week, Mothering Sunday week, Easter week, or near Christmas. We get booked up very quickly, so to avoid disappointment, please book your day as soon as possible.

We require a £50.00 booking deposit to hold the date for you. The price is deducted from your final bill but is strictly non-refundable. As we only do the one wedding, a booking deposit is for that one day, and that one day only, and is non-refundable in case of a cancellation or change of date – we usually have to turn a lot of brides away once dates become booked up.

All prices are inclusive VAT at the current rate. The final contract must be signed and paid for in full at least two weeks before the date of the wedding. Late payments may result in substitution of certain flowers, as ordering has been delayed. Payment by cheque must be accompanied by a guarantee card and only to the limit on the card. Multiple cheques to make up an amount will not be accepted.
